Filing 7 ORDER Granting in Part and Denying in Part #6 Joint Motion to Continue ENE/CMC. On February 20, 2024, the parties filed a Joint Motion to Continue the Early Neutral Evaluation ("ENE") and Case Management Conference ("CMC") currently set for March 4, 2024. Dkt. No. #6 . The parties seek a 60-day continuance of the ENE/CMC because the parties have "initiated settlement discussions and are nearing a potential resolution." Id. at 3. The parties also request that the deadline to submit confidential ENE statements be continued until five days prior to the new ENE date. Id.The Joint Motion is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. While the parties have not demonstrated good cause for a 60-day continuance of the ENE/CMC, the Court will grant a one month continuance. The ENE/CMC is hereby CONTINUED to April 4, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. Instructions for remote appearances will be provided prior to the ENE/CMC. (Early Neutral Evaluation and Case Management Conference set for 4/4/2024 02:00 PM before Magistrate Judge David D. Leshner.)The request to continue the deadline to submit ENE statements is DENIED. The original deadline to file ENE statements was February 20, 2024--the same date the Joint Motion was filed. To the extent the parties have not complied with all provisions of the Notice and Order Setting ENE/CMC (Dkt.
