ORDER: Counsel jointly requested a continuance of the Early Neutral Evaluation ("ENE") and the Case Management Conference ("CMC"). See Doc. No. #6 . The request is granted. The ENE and CMC are rescheduled for 5/15/2024 at 9:30 a.m. before Magistrate Judge Karen S. Crawford. If the parties have failed to hold their Rule 26(f) conference as previously ordered, counsel shall hold the Rule 26(f) conference no later than 4/24/2024. No later than 5/8/2024, the parties shall (a) make the disclosures required by Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(a)(1)(A-D); (b) file a Joint Discovery Plan on the CM/ECF system; (c) lodge a Confidential ENE Statement with the Court; and (d) send an email to efile_crawford@casd.uscourts.gov containing the name and title of each participant, an e-mail address for each participant, and a telephone number where each participant may be reached. All other provisions of the Courts Notice and Order Setting Early Neutral Evaluation Conference; Rule 26 Compliance; and Case Management Conference [Doc.
