ORDER entered: By order entered February 14, 2019, this court advised petitioner-appellant Ronald E. Brown in pertinent part, that "he may inform the court, in writing, if he wishes to rely on counseled filings in the district court, in lieu of a brief...". In response to that order, Brown has advised that he wishes to rely on the "brief filed by Attorney David Rossman in the district court" in lieu of filing a brief in the instant action. Attorney David Rossman filed a memorandum in support of defendant's motion to amend his previously filed 2255 petition dated June 22, 2016 (D.Ct. D.E. No. 198-1), and a supplemental memorandum in support of defendant's motion to amend his previously filed 2255 petition dated March 21, 2017 (D.Ct. D.E. No. 210). In light of appellant's response, Attorney David Rossman's memoranda dated June 22, 2016 and March 21, 2017 are collectively treated as appellant's brief.
