ORDER entered: Petitioner-appellant Jose Ortega-Duque having failed to file a response to this court's April 11, 2019 order, Attorney Vivianne Marie Marrero-Torres and the Federal Public Defender Office are allowed to withdraw and appellant is designated as pro se. In light of petitioner-appellant's pro se status, the time to request a certificate of appealability in this court is enlarged to June 3, 2019 . A copy of this court's original March 8, 2019 order directing petitioner-appellant to file a request for a certificate of appealability is enclosed with this order. On or before April 25, 2019 , petitioner-appellant must show cause, in writing, why counsel should not be allowed to withdraw, or advise this court whether he will proceed pro se or retain new counsel.
