ORDER entered: Defendant-appellant Judit Naday filed a notice of appeal on February 28, 2019 from the judgment entered on June 23, 2017 in Civil Action No. 1:15-cv-14132-GAO (D. Mass.). Upon review of the record in this case, it appears that this appeal should be dismissed as untimely. See Fed. R. App. P. 4(a) (notice of appeal in civil case must be filed within thirty days of judgment or order appealed from). Accordingly, it is hereby ordered that appellant either move for voluntary dismissal under Fed. R. App. P. 42(b) or show cause, in writing, why this appeal should not be dismissed. The failure to take either action by April 8, 2019 will lead to dismissal of the appeal for lack of diligent prosecution. See 1st Cir. R. 3.0(b). [19-1236] (MH) [Entered: 03/18/2019 03:57 PM] |
