| NOTICE of default and intent to dismiss issued: Appellant is presently in default for failure to file a Docketing Statement, Transcript Report/Order form, and Appearance form. Appellant must file the Docketing Statement, Transcript Report/Order form, and Appearance form by May 20, 2019 or risk dismissal of the appeal for lack of diligent prosecution in accordance with 1st Cir. R. 3.0(b). This is the second notice of default and intent to dismiss for failure to file these documents. Appellant's counsel is directed to 1st Cir.
