ORDER entered: On May 14, 2019, plaintiff Jose L. Negron filed a notice of appeal (no. 260) in No. 4:16-cv-40150-TSH (D. Mass.) from the January 2, 2019 judgment and from the April 18, 2019 order denying reconsideration which this court has docketed as Appeal No. 19-1489. This appeal appears to be duplicative of Appeal No. 19-1435, an action commenced by another notice of appeal (no. 253) appealing the same orders. Accordingly, the plaintiff-appellant is ordered either to move for voluntary dismissal of this appeal pursuant to Fed. R. App. P. 42(b), or to show cause, in writing filed by June 17, 2019 , why it should not be dismissed as duplicative.
