ORDER entered by Rogeriee Thompson, Appellate Judge: Plaintiff-appellant Axia NetMedia Corporation's motion for an extension of time from September 11, 2019 through December 6, 2019 to file its opening brief is allowed in part. The deadline to file appellant's opening brief and appendix is enlarged to October 11, 2019 only. To the extent that defendant-appellee Massachusetts Technology Park Corporation's opposition seeks an extension of time to file a responsive brief, that motion is denied without prejudice to filing a renewed motion which establishes good cause pursuant to Fed. R. App. P. 26(b). Appellee's answering brief remains due thirty days after service of appellant's opening brief. See Fed. R. App. P. 31(a)(1). Plaintiff-appellant Axia NetMedia Corporation's motion for leave to file an oversized brief is denied without prejudice to refiling should appellant find that its completed brief exceeds the 13,000-word type-volume limitation set forth in Fed. R. App. P. 32(a)(7)(B). Any renewed motion must clearly specify the additional number of words sought, be supported by a detailed statement of grounds, and must demonstrate compelling reasons. 1st Cir. R. 32.4.
