Date Filed Document Text
March 30, 2020 Opinion or Order ORDER entered: On March 23, 2020, this court received appellant Arthur Burnham's Prison Litigation Reform Act (PLRA) Form 1 and prisoner trust account report. We note that that the prisoner trust account report is deficient in that the report does not span the full six months preceding appellant's notice of appeal dated January 24, 2020, which would include the period beginning July 24, 2019 and ending on January 24, 2020. Accordingly, the time to file PLRA Form 1 and compliant certified prisoner trust account report is enlarged to May 13, 2020. [20-1116] (KPC) [Entered: 03/30/2020 04:40 PM]
March 23, 2020 PLRA RESPONSE filed by Appellant Arthur Burnham. [20-1116] (GRC) [Entered: 03/23/2020 12:59 PM]
March 23, 2020 LETTER filed by Appellant Arthur Burnham. [20-1116] (GRC) [Entered: 03/23/2020 02:02 PM]
March 11, 2020 Opinion or Order ORDER entered: This court is in receipt of Prison Litigation Reform Act (PLRA) Forms 1 and 2. As noted in PLRA Form 1, "a certified copy of the prisoner's trust account statement for the six months prior to the filing of the appeal" from the trust officer of the institution in which the prisoner is confined must be enclosed with the forms. The prisoner's trust account statement certified by the institution's trust officer did not span the full six months, from July 24, 2019 to January 24, 2020. Failure to either submit a certified copy of the prisoner's trust account statement to this court or pay the full filing fee to the clerk of the district court by March 25, 2020 will lead to dismissal of this appeal for lack of diligent prosecution in accordance with 1st Cir. R. 3.0(b). [20-1116] (KPC) [Entered: 03/11/2020 03:19 PM]
March 5, 2020 PLRA RESPONSE filed by Appellant Arthur Burnham. [20-1116] (GRC) [Entered: 03/05/2020 03:44 PM]
February 26, 2020 NOTICE issued. After 03/11/2020, the following attorney will no longer receive notice of court issued documents in this case unless they register for an appellate ECF account: Erica Morin for Marie Mercurio. [20-1116] (RMK) [Entered: 02/26/2020 10:41 AM]
February 18, 2020 PLRA LETTER issued. IFP was granted in district court. PLRA forms sent. PLRA response due 03/03/2020. [20-1116] (GRC) [Entered: 02/18/2020 11:10 AM]
