ORDER entered by Juan R. Torruella, Appellate Judge; Sandra L. Lynch, Appellate Judge and William J. Kayatta, Jr., Appellate Judge: Petitioner has filed a counseled motion for stay of removal. The motion is not timely for purposes of Local Rule 18.0(2). Nonetheless, to give the court an opportunity to review the stay motion fully, we grant a temporary stay of removal. Removal is temporarily stayed pending further order of this court. The government's response to the stay motion will be due consistent with Local Rule 18.0(2) and Fed. R. App. P. 27. The government is reminded of its notice obligations pursuant to Local Rule 18.0(1): "If the government has scheduled the removal of a petitioner, then the government will file with the Court a notice identifying the earliest date upon which removal may be made. The notice must be filed by the later of: one day after a petition is docketed in the court of appeals and notification is transmitted to the government via the court's CM/ECF system or immediately once removal is scheduled. The absence of any such notice will be deemed a representation by counsel for the government that the government has not yet scheduled the removal of the petitioner."
