ORDER: Defendants-appellants Stephanie Y. Collins and the Department of Corrections have filed their notice advising the court that they wish to file a new consolidated brief in response to this court's May 21, 2020 order. Appellants' consolidated opening brief remans due on or before June 30, 2020. Accordingly, plaintiff-appellee Timothy M. Reaves should advise the court on or before June 17, 2020 whether he plans to file a substitute/consolidated answering brief. Should plaintiff-appellee wish to file a substitute/consolidated answering brief, it shall be due 30 days following service of appellants' substitute/corrected opening brief.
