ORDER entered. Appellant Thomas A. Woods has filed a motion seeking leave to proceed on the original record without the necessity of filing an appendix. Pursuant to 1st Cir. R. 30.0(d), an appendix is required in all appeals other than "pro se appeals proceeding in forma pauperis" absent permission from the court. Appellant's motion is denied. The appendix remains due on or before September 2, 2020. Appellant is not required to reproduce the entire record, only those parts that are relevant to the appeal. See 1st Cir. R. 30.0(a). Appellant is directed to the court's general order dated April 20, 2020 that suspends the requirement that appendices be filed in paper and instead directs parties represented by counsel to tender appendices electronically.
