ORDER entered: Appellant Jerome Lewis filed a motion for an extension of time to file the brief and appendix. The motion does not state the grounds on which the request is based. See Fed. R. App. P. 27(a)(2)(A). The court does not grant extensions of time as a matter of course, but only for good cause shown. See Fed. R. App. P. 26(b). Notwithstanding this deficiency, the request for extension of time is granted. Appellant's brief and appendix are to be filed on, or before, November 19, 2021 .
