ORDER entered: On September 13, 2021, petitioner-appellant Albert Gonzalez-Arimont was ordered to either show cause why counsel should not be allowed to withdraw or advise this court in writing whether he will proceed pro se or retain new counsel. In light of appellant's failure to file a response to this court's September 13, 2021 order, Attorney Franco Perez Redondo's motion to withdraw is allowed, and appellant is designated as pro se.
