March 28, 2022 Opinion or Order ORDER entered: This court has docketed plaintiff-appellant Diego Velasquez' appeal from the judgment entered on March 14, 2022 in No. 1:22-cv-00074-WES (D.R.I.) as Appeal No. 22-1214. The notice of appeal was not signed. While Fed. R. Civ. P. 11(a) and Fed. R. Accordingly, we transmit the notice of appeal to plaintiff-appellant Diego Velasquez and direct that he return a signed copy to this court. The failure by the appellant to return a signed copy of the notice of appeal on or before April 11, 2022 may lead to dismissal of his appeal for lack of diligent prosecution. See 1st. Cir. R. 3.0(b).
