July 1, 2022 Opinion or Order ORDER entered: On May 18, 2022, this court issued the briefing schedule in this appeal. The court is in receipt of a filing titled Motion for Summary Judgment wherein plaintiff-appellant Juliana Estime appears to present her reasons for filing this appeal. Appellant's brief was due to be filed on or before June 27, 2022, but a brief has not yet been received. See Fed. R. App. P. 31(a)(1); 1st Cir. R. 45.0(a) ("When a cause is in default as to the filing of the brief for appellant . . . the clerk must enter an order dismissing the appeal for want of diligent prosecution.").
