ORDER entered: Attorneys Adam A. Rowe and William D. Crowe have moved to withdraw as counsel for Appellant Jerry Johnson. On or before October 12, 2022 , appellant must either show cause why counsel should not be allowed to withdraw or advise this court in writing whether he will proceed pro se or retain new counsel. In the event appellant does not file a written response by October 12, 2022, the motion to withdraw will be granted, and appellant will be designated as proceeding pro se in the above-captioned case. It is further ordered that the deadline for appellant to file a response to the September 14, 2022 order directing him to either (1) move for voluntary dismissal of the appeal pursuant to Fed. R.
