ORDER to Show Cause entered. Plaintiff-appellant Adam Hall filed a notice of appeal on January 25, 2023 from the order of dismissal entered on December 22, 2022 in Civil Action No. 3:22-cv-30045-IT (D. Mass.). Upon review of the record in this case, it appears that this appeal should be dismissed as untimely. Further, it appears that appellant Adam Hall is ineligible to bring an appeal in a civil action in forma pauperis or to pay the filing fee in installments under the Prison Litigation Reform Act, 28 U.S.C. 1915, because more than three lawsuits have been filed and dismissed as frivolous. Accordingly, it is hereby ordered that appellant either move for voluntary dismissal under Fed. R. App. P. 42(b) or show cause, in writing, why this appeal should not be dismissed as late and either to pay the full $505 filing fee in the district court and submit proof of having done so, or show cause in writing why this appeal should be allowed to proceed.
