ORDER to Show Cause entered: On February 8, 2023, Plaintiff-Appellant Cora Holbrook, Conservator for Cesaria LaLiberte, filed a timely notice of appeal (Dist. Ct. Dkt. #85) to the judgment in district court case number 1:21-cv-10756-JCB. On February 14, 2023, Appellant filed a "stipulation of dismissal of appeal" with the district court (Dist. Ct. D.E. 89). In light of this filing, appellant is ordered to file either: (i) a motion for voluntary dismissal of this appeal pursuant to Fed. R. App. P. 42(b); or (ii) a written notice stating that appellant wants this appeal to proceed and does not want it to be dismissed.
