Accordingly, we transmit the notice of appeal to plaintiff-appellant Kwame Kusi and direct that Kwame Kusi return a signed copy to this court. The failure to return a signed copy of the notice of appeal on or before June 5, 2023 may lead to dismissal of the appeal as to Kwame Kusi for lack of diligent prosecution.
