ORDER entered by William J. Kayatta, Jr., Appellate Judge: By order entered June 9, 2023, for a second time, the court remanded this matter to the district court for limited proceedings relating to the issue of the district court's subject-matter jurisdiction. The district court now has issued a second "Opinion and Order" concerning its subject-matter jurisdiction. The parties now are directed to file with this court supplemental briefs addressing the district court's most recent "Opinion and Order" and the issue of diversity subject-matter jurisdiction. The supplemental briefs should be no more than fifteen (15) pages in length. Appellants should file their supplemental brief within twenty-one (21) days of this order. Appellees should file their responsive supplemental brief(s) within fourteen (14) days of the court's acceptance of Appellants' supplemental brief. Appellants may file a reply brief within seven (7) days of the court's acceptance of Appellees' supplemental brief(s). In addition to noticing Appeal Nos. 19-1434 and 20-1057, Appellants have filed notices of appeal as to each of the district court's orders addressing subject-matter jurisdiction, leading to the opening of Appeal Nos. 23-1284 and 23-1758.
