ORDER entered by Julie Rikelman, Appellate Judge. Pending in this court is petitioner-appellant Kurt Carpentino's appeal from denial of 2255 relief in the District of New Hampshire. The court makes the following orders in the matter. In accordance with 28 U.S.C. 753(b), the court reporter is directed to furnish to the court of appeals a transcript of the July 26, 2023, hearing in the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire in Case #1:19-cv-00237-PB. See also 28 U.S.C. 753(f) ("Fees for transcripts furnishedin habeas corpus proceedings to persons allowed to sue, defend, or appeal in forma pauperisshall be paid by the United States out of moneys appropriated for those purposes."). Under the circumstances, Carpentino is given leave to file any supplement he may wish to offer to his pending motion for appointment of appellate counsel within 30 days of the filing of the transcript in question. Finally, notwithstanding any previous deadline set by the court for the filing of Carpentino's request for a certificate of appealability, any such request must be filed in this court within 45 days of the court's ruling on the motion for appointment of appellate counsel.
