ORDER entered: In an order entered on November 27, 2023, the district court certified, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) and Fed. R. App. P. 24(a)(3)(A), that this appeal is not taken in good faith. If appellants seek to challenge the district court's certification, appellants must file a motion pursuant to Fed. R. App. P. 24(a)(5) in this court before January 2, 2024. In addition, the notice of appeal is signed only by plaintiff-appellant, Linda A. Logan, purportedly on behalf of both Linda A. Logan and co-plaintiff-appellant Ephraim E. Logan...Accordingly, on or before January 2, 2024, plaintiffs-appellants must either pay the $505 filing fee to the district court or file a motion in this court pursuant to Fed. R. App. P. 24(a)(5) and plaintiff-appellant Ephraim E. Logan must return a signed copy of the attached notice of appeal to this court.
