Order entered: Appellant's request to proceed in forma pauperis ("IFP") is denied as moot as the district court has already granted appellant's request for IFP status and that status continues on appeal. This appeal is proceeding under the Prison Litigation Reform Act (PLRA) which requires prisoners to pay the full filing fees of $605.00 even if they have been granted IFP status, and allows them, if needed, to pay the fee in incremental payments. On January 9, 2024, this court issued a letter along with PLRA Forms 1-2 to the appellant. On February 1, 2024, this court received appellant Johnathan Pinney's prisoner trust account report and PLRA Form 2. We note that the prisoner trust account report is deficient in that the report does not span the full six months preceding appellant's notice of appeal dated December 14, 2023. Failure to submit a fully completed PLRA Form 1, filled out and signed by the prison trust officer, with a certified copy of the prisoner trust account statement beginning on June 14, 2023 and preceding your notice of appeal dated December 14, 2023 to this court or pay the full filing fee to the clerk of the district court will lead to dismissal of this appeal for lack of diligent prosecution in accordance with 1st Cir. R. 3.0(b). Accordingly, the time to file PLRA Form 1 and compliant certified prisoner trust account report is enlarged to February 26, 2024. [23-2075] (GRC) [Entered: 02/12/2024 02:25 PM]
