ORDER entered: Appellant's request to proceed in forma pauperis ("IFP") is denied as moot as the district court has already granted appellant's request for IFP status and that status continues on appeal. This appeal is proceeding under the Prison Litigation Reform Act (PLRA) which requires prisoners to pay the full filing fee of $605.00 even if they have been granted IFP status, and allows them, if needed, to pay the fee in incremental payments. On June 14, 2024, this court issued a letter along with PLRA Forms 1-2 to the appellant. If appellant requires more time to file PLRA Forms, appellant must file a formal motion.
