Date Filed Document Text
December 20, 2024 Mail returned as undeliverable to Not Party Nikki McCarter. Copy of Case Opening Notice issued on November 8, 2024. [24-2008] (NKR) [Entered: 12/27/2024 04:43 PM]
December 16, 2024 Opinion or Order ORDER entered by Lara E. Montecalvo, Appellate Judge; William J. Kayatta, Jr., Appellate Judge and Julie Rikelman, Appellate Judge: These matters are before the court on appellants' "Motion for Reconsideration, Consolidation of Matters, and Extension of Time." The request for reconsideration is construed as a petition for panel rehearing as to the judgment of dismissal entered on November 22, 2024, in Appeal 24-1819. We have considered each of the points set out in the current filing. The petition for panel rehearing is DENIED. Because only Appeal 24-2008 remains pending, appellants' request that Appeals 24-1819 and 24-2008 be consolidated is DENIED. Appellants' request for "an extension of time for filing an opening brief in the 24-2008 matter" is DENIED without prejudice, as no briefing schedule has been entered in Appeal 24-2008 as of yet. Once a briefing schedule has been entered in that matter, appellants will be free to seek reasonable extensions. [24-1819, 24-2008] (GRC) [Entered: 12/16/2024 04:57 PM]
December 5, 2024 NOTICE of default issued. Appellant failed to file a transcript report/order form by the deadline. If transcripts are necessary for this appeal, appellant is directed to file a transcript order form by 12/19/2024. Absent a timely response, this court will set a briefing schedule, if appropriate. [24-2008] (GRC) [Entered: 12/05/2024 11:39 AM]
