ORDER entered by Gustavo A. Gelp , Jr., Appellate Judge; William J. Kayatta, Jr., Appellate Judge, and Lara E. Montecalvo, Appellate Judge: By judgment entered April 24, 2025, this court denied Petitioner Mona Dunphy's request for mandamus relief related to ongoing bankruptcy court proceedings. Dunphy now has tendered certain filings ex parte. As an initial matter, the request for leave to file ex parte is denied, and the filings tendered ex parte shall be returned to Dunphy unfiled. Cf. Local Rule 11.0(c)(2). Nonetheless, having reviewed the content of the filings, we conclude that no relief is in order. To the extent Dunphy seeks reconsideration of the earlier denial of mandamus relief, reconsideration is denied . [25-1381] (ALW) [Entered: 05/07/2025 06:41 PM]
