ORDER entered: This court has docketed Respondent-Appellant Cooperativa de Seguros M ltiples de Puerto Rico's notice of appeal from the judgment entered on April 1, 2025, in No. 3:24-mc-00007-ADC (D.P.R.) as Appeal No. 25-1392. Respondent filed a motion for relief from judgment on April 7, 2025 (D.E. 40) and Petitioner Mark Tolbert filed a motion to alter or amend judgment on April 22, 2025 (D.E. 45). Pursuant to Fed. R. App. P. 4(a)(4)(B)(i), the notice of appeal does not become effective until the district court disposes of the post-judgment motions. Therefore, Appellant is directed to file a status report by July 9, 2025, and at thirty-day intervals thereafter, informing this court of any action taken by the district court on the post-judgment motions. Further, appellant is directed to inform this court whether or not appellant intends to file a notice of appeal or amended notice of appeal from the district court's post-judgment order(s). See Fed. R. App. P. 4(a)(4)(B)(ii). Failure to comply with this order may lead to dismissal of this appeal for lack of diligent prosecution. 1st Cir. R. 3.0(b).
