On November 3, 2025, Movants First Amendment Lawyers Association, Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression, and National Press Photographers Association filed a brief as amici curiae. The brief is non-compliant because the caption on the front cover of the brief does not match the caption used by the court. See Fed. R. App. P. 29(a)(4) and 32(a)(2)(C). In addition, the front cover of the brief must include the number of the appeal centered at the top. The correct number is 25-1555. See Fed. R. App. P. 32(a)(2)(A).
