ORDER entered by Seth Robert Aframe, Appellate Judge: Appellant has filed a motion to consolidate appeal No. 25-1826, which seeks review of the partial denial of a motion for return of property under Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 41(g), with appeal Nos. 25-1401 and 25-1677, which challenge the criminal judgment and amended judgment entered against him, and he requests that counsel who has been appointed to represent him in the criminal appeals be appointed in the Rule 41(g) appeal as well. Because the Rule 41(g) matter is ancillary to the pending criminal matters and no briefs have yet been filed, the motion is granted. The matters are consolidated for briefing and argument and Attorney Mary June Ciresi is appointed to represent appellant in appeal No. 25-1826. The briefing schedule in effect is vacated and the clerk's office shall enter a new, consolidated briefing schedule forthwith. To the extent appellant seeks court assistance in ordering necessary transcripts and asks that mail from the court be specially marked, his requests are denied.
