March 27, 2026 Opinion or Order ORDER entered by Gustavo A. Gelp , Jr., Appellate Judge: Several housekeeping matters bring these consolidated appeals before the court. In No. 25-2080, Petitioner has filed an unopposed motion to proceed by pseudonym and without an A-number. As in the other consolidated appeals (Nos. 25-1634 and 25-1670), that request is granted , and neither side shall publicly file any document reflecting Petitioner's name or A-number. Petitioner's unopposed motions to seal in No. 25-2080 are also granted , and the relevant documents shall be held under seal, subject to revisitation by the ultimate merits panel. This includes sealing of the unredacted certified administrative record, which the court authorized to be filed under seal in a prior order entered in Nos. 25-1634 and 25-1670, before consolidation of No. 25-2080. In addition, the government has filed a motion to remand that remains pending before the court. That filing includes two attachments that feature Petitioner's name, despite this court's earlier order in Nos. 25-1634 and 25-1670 directing the parties to refrain from publicly filing any document with Petitioner's name or A-number. The attachments to the motion to remand should have been redacted to shield personal identifiers. Accordingly, the unredacted attachments were placed under provisional seal and will remain sealed. The government is ordered to submit a corrected motion to remand with appropriate redactions made to the attachments within seven days of entry of this order.
