ORDER to Show Cause entered. Appellants Wendy Shaw, Susan Owens, Javier Gonz lez, and James Harnar filed an amended notice of appeal (D.E. No. 176) on December 15, 2025, in district court case no. 3:24- cv-01379-PAD (D.P.R.) from the opinion and order (D.E. No. 171) entered on November 14, 2025, dismissing all claims but for the individual Law 204 claims against Sol Meli PR, MHI, and Coco Beach. Because claims remain pending in the district court and final judgment has not entered, this court appears to lack jurisdiction to consider the appeal absent certification pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 54(b). Accordingly, Appellants are ordered either to move for voluntary dismissal of the appeal pursuant to Fed. R. App. P. 42(b), or to show cause, in writing, why this appeal should not be dismissed. The failure to take either action by February 25, 2026 will lead to dismissal of the appeal for lack of diligent prosecution. [25-2210] (GB) [Entered: 02/11/2026 03:10 PM]
