ORDER transmitting to the district court for a ruling. This court has docketed Plaintiff-Appellant Georgia Porter's notice of appeal from the order of dismissal entered on December 12, 2025, in No. 1:25-cv-10638-IT (D. Mass.) as Appeal No. 26-1090. On January 9, 2026, Plaintiff filed a motion to amend or set aside findings (D.E. 15) and a motion to alter or amend judgment (D.E. 16). Pursuant to Fed. R. App. P. 4(a)(4)(B)(i), the notice of appeal does not become effective until the district court disposes of the post-judgment motions. Therefore, Appellant is directed to file a status report by March 6, 2026 and at thirty day intervals thereafter, informing this court of any action taken by the district court on the postjudgment motions. Further, appellant is directed to inform this court whether or not appellant intends to file a notice of appeal or amended notice of appeal from the district court's postjudgment order(s). Failure to comply with this order may lead to dismissal of this appeal for lack of diligent prosecution. 1st Cir. R. 3.0(b). Once the district court rules on the pending motions, it is directed to forward its decision(s) to this court forthwith. [26-1090] (GB) [Entered: 02/04/2026 11:23 AM]
