March 10, 2026 Opinion or Order ORDER entered by David J. Barron, Chief Appellate Judge; Gustavo A. Gelp , Jr., Appellate Judge and Seth Robert Aframe, Appellate Judge. Petitioner Henry Carlos Romero-Nolasco seeks review of an order by the Board of Immigration Appeals dismissing his appeal from an order by an immigration judge denying his application for cancellation of removal. Romero-Nolasco has filed a motion for a stay of removal pending adjudication of his petition for review. We earlier issued a temporary administrative stay. The Government opposes the motion and separately has moved to expedite. After careful review, we conclude that Romero-Nolasco has not met his burden to show his entitlement to a stay of removal. See Nken v. Holder , 556 U.S. 418, 434 (2009) (traditional stay factors). Accordingly, the Motion is hereby DENIED . The administrative stay previously issued by this court is hereby VACATED . The Government's motion to expedite is DENIED as moot. [26-1128] (GB) [Entered: 03/10/2026 09:38 AM]
