ORDER entered by Lara E. Montecalvo, Appellate Judge: The parties in the above captioned appeal have filed a "joint motion to hold appeal in abeyance," through which they request that the appeal be stayed pending the Supreme Court's issuance of a decision(s) in the "TPS cases," Noem v. Dahlia Doe , No. 25-1083 (U.S. Mar. 16, 2026), and Trump v. Miot , No. 25-1084, (U.S. Mar. 16, 2026). The motion is granted , and this proceeding is stayed pending further order. The parties should file joint status reports at 90-day intervals. The Supreme Court will issue its decision(s) in the "TPS cases" in due course, and, consistent with the current motion, the parties shall file "a joint status report . . . addressing their respective positions regarding appropriate next steps in this appeal" within seven days after the deadline for any petition for rehearing has expired in relation to the Supreme Court's decision in the "TPS cases."
