ORDER entered. Treating appellant's financial affidavit as a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis ("IFP"), the request is denied without prejudice to filing a compliant motion and financial affidavit in the district court in Docket No. 1:25-cv-10859-LTS (D. Mass.). See Fed. R. App. P. 24(a). A compliant request for in forma pauperis status consists of a motion and a fully completed Form 4, financial affidavit, with a prison trust account statement, if appellant is incarcerated. We note that appellant's in forma pauperis request is deficient in that it does not include a prison trust account statement. Unless appellant provides this court with proof of paying the $605 filing fee to the district court or filing a compliant request for in forma pauperis status in this court by June 18, 2026, this appeal may be dismissed for lack of prosecution. Loc. R. 3.0(b). [26-1400] (GB) [Entered: 06/04/2026 11:43 AM]
