ORDER entered by Julie Rikelman, Appellate Judge: Appellants L.O. and X.X.'s motion for leave to file electronically using pseudonyms is denied. Appellants may proceed under the pseudonyms L.O. and X.X. but must submit their filings to the court in paper form. Appellants may choose to utilize the notification functions in PACER to receive notice when items are docketed in the case. Appellants' request for leave to serve Appellees electronically is granted in part. The court's Notice of Docket Activity will count as service on Appellees for any publicly available document filed in this matter. See 1st Cir. R. 25.0(e). ORDER entered: Appellants' motion for transcripts at government expense is denied without prejudice to refiling such motion in the district court. Any such motion must specify the issues Appellants intend to raise on appeal and must demonstrate to the district court "that the appeal is not frivolous (but presents a substantial question)." See 28 U.S.C. 753(f). Accordingly, on or before June 18, 2026 , Appellants are directed to either 1) file a motion for transcripts at government expense in the district court and provide this court with proof of filing, or 2) make satisfactory financial arrangements with the applicable court reporters and file compliant transcript order forms. If the district court denies Appellants' motion for transcripts at government expense, Appellants are directed to refile the motion seeking transcripts at government expense in this court.
