ORDER entered: The district court denied appellant's request to proceed in forma pauperis ("IFP") on May 26, 2026 in Docket No. 1:26-cv-11849-RGS (D. Mass.). Accordingly, appellant must either pay the $605 filing fee to the clerk of the district court or file in this court a motion to proceed in forma pauperis and a fully completed Form 4 financial affidavit. The failure to take either action by July 6, 2026 and provide this court with proof thereof, will lead to dismissal of the appeal for lack of diligent prosecution. See 1st Cir. Loc. R. 3.0(b).
