ORDER to Show Cause entered. Petitioner-appellant Wilberto Ramos-Candelaria filed a notice of appeal (D.E. 12) on August 24, 2026, in Civil Action No. 3:24-cv-01089-FAB (D. P.R.) seeking to appeal from a district court "denial of Habeas Corpus". It appears that this Court may lack jurisdiction over this appeal because it does not appear that a final order has entered in the district court, and it does not appear that this appeal is a permissible interlocutory appeal. Accordingly, petitioner-appellant is ordered either to move for voluntary dismissal of the appeal pursuant to Fed. R. App. P. 42(b), or to show cause, in writing, why this appeal should not be dismissed.
