ORDER (Clerk) On February 14, 2019, the Court granted Appellants' and Appellees' motions to file overlength briefs. The motions indicated that the new briefs would address all appeals and would supersede the parties' previously filed opening briefs in Nos. 17-3752 and 18-1253. Appellants filed the new opening briefs on February 15, 2019. Accordingly, the briefs filed by Appellants on September 21, 2018 in No. 17-3752 and No. 18-1253 are hereby stricken. It is noted that on February 15, 2019 the parties filed a new joint appendix. Therefore, the joint appendix filed on September 21, 2018 in Nos. 17-3752 and 18-1253 is also stricken. The Religious Sisters of Mercy have indicated that they wish to rely on the new Amicus Brief they filed on February 22, 2019 and that they want the new brief to supersede the brief they previously filed. Accordingly, the Amicus Brief filed by the Religious Sisters of Mercy on September 28, 2018 in Nos. 17-3752 and 18-1253 is hereby stricken from the record.
