ORDER (Clerk) This Court received a copy of the Motion to Terminate Removal Proceedings, which appears to ask the immigration court to terminate the petitioner's removal proceedings. The document will be placed on this Court's docket, but this Court will not take further action on it because it does not ask for relief from this Court. Motions seeking relief from an immigration court or the Board of Immigration Appeals must be filed with the applicable immigration court or the Board in accordance with its own rules, regulations, and procedures. If the petitioner believes the immigration court or the Board would have jurisdiction over this motion and meant to file it there, this order does not prevent him from attempting to do so. The petition in this Court asks for review of the Board's March 21, 2019, order. Any arguments about the merits of that order or the underlying removal proceedings must be included in the petitioner's brief. The petitioner's brief is currently due to be filed by June 5, 2019.
