Respondent is directed to file the supplemental administrative record within seven (7) days of the date of this order. It is noted that No. 19-1601 has been calendared before the Court on December 7, 2020. Upon the filing of the supplemental administrative record, the Clerk will issue a supplemental briefing schedule in No. 20-3107. To the extent Petitioner seeks to raise new issues related to the Board of Immigration Appeal's (BIA) September 25, 2020 re-issued decision, Petitioner must file a supplemental brief and appendix, if necessary, in No. 20-3107. Petitioner's supplemental brief must be filed and served within ten (10) days of the filing of the supplemental administrative record. The government's supplemental brief must be filed and served within seven (7) days of Petitioner's supplemental brief. The parties must note that the total word count for the respective briefs may not exceed the limits set forth in Fed. R. App. P. 32(a)(7). If Petitioner does not intend to raise any new issues related to the BIA's September 25, 2020 decision.
