ORDER (Clerk) The above captioned petition for review from the order of the Board of Immigration Appeals, issued April 29, 2022, was filed in this Court. Pursuant to Section 242(b)(2) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, 8 U.S.C. Section: 1252(b)(2), a petition for review shall be filed with the court of appeals for the judicial circuit in which the immigration judge completed the proceedings. An order finding Petitioner removable as charged appears to have been made by an Immigration Judge at a hearing in Baltimore, Maryland. Accordingly, the parties are ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE within fourteen (14) days why the above captioned petition for review should not be transferred to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
