ORDER (Clerk) The above captioned petition for review from the final order of removal entered by the Immigration Judge on August 11, 2023, was filed in this Court. Pursuant to Section 242(b)(2) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, 8 U.S.C. Section: 1252(b)(2), a petition for review shall be filed with the court of appeals for the judicial circuit in which the immigration judge completed the proceedings. The order finding the petitioner removable as charged appears to have been made by an Immigration Judge in Baltimore, Maryland.
