ORDER (Clerk) These five appeals seek review of the Tax Courts decisions on five petitions seeking redeterminations of tax liability. Under 26 U.S.C. 7482(b)(1), each appeal should be venued in the circuit of the petitioners legal residence or, for corporations, their principal place of business or principal office or agency. It appears that some of the petitioners, or perhaps all of them, did not reside within the Third Circuit when filing their petitions. The parties are therefore ORDERED to show cause why some or all of these appeals should not be transferred to the appropriate court(s) of appeal. If the parties have agreed this Court should hear all five appeals, see 26 U.S.C. 7482(b)(2), they should notify this Court in writing.
