CLERK ORDER: This Court's Order dated February 12, 2019, which was in regard to the show cause for failure to prosecute, was issued one day prior to Appellant's release from the federal detention center. It has been considered that Appellant may not have received the show cause order. The Court has acquired and updated Appellant's new mailing address.
