JUDGMENT FILED - In these consolidated interlocutory appeals, the district courts order denying appointment of counsel is summarily affirmed in Appeal No. 20-3669. In Appeal No. 21-1256, Appellant appeals the denial of his request for mental health examination and in No. 21-1437, appellant appeals from other interlocutory orders. Both Nos. 21-1256 and 21-1437 are dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. The pending motion for appointment of counsel and for leave to proceed in forma pauperis are denied as moot. In 21-1437, the full $505 appellate and docketing fees are assessed against the appellant. The court remands the collection of those fees to the district court.
