| MANDATE ISSUED. [5192764] [22-1664] (CNL) [Entered: 08/30/2022 09:58 AM] |
| JUDGMENT FILED - Ryan Edner appeals an interlocutory order entered by the district court in this 42 U.S.C. 1983 action against the trial judge and numerous other defendants involved in Mr. Edners pending state court criminal case. We summarily affirm the dismissal without prejudice of his claims for injunctive relief for the reasons stated by the district court. See 8th Cir. Rule 47A(a). To the extent Mr. Edner appeals other parts of the courts order, we dismiss the appeal for lack of jurisdiction. We strike the amended notice of appeal Mr. Edner filed on July 19, 2022 as untimely, improper, and scandalous. JAMES B. LOKEN, RAYMOND W. GRUENDER and RALPH R.
