November 23, 2022 JUDGE ORDER: Appellant's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis [ # 5207476-2 ] is granted. The full $505 appellate and docketing fees are assessed against appellant. The court remands this case to the district court for the limited purpose of calculating and collecting the appellate filing fee pursuant to Henderson v. Norris, 129 F.3d 481 (8th Cir. 1997).
