Filing 11 MINUTE ORDER by Magistrate Judge Gordon P. Gallagher on 3/5/2019. On February 28, 2019, Plaintiff filed a Letter (ECF No. #8 ) requesting that the Court send him copies of his: (1) Prisoner Complaint; (2) Motion for Preliminary Injunction; and (3) Memorandum of Law in Support of Motion for Preliminary Injunction. Plaintiff also requested an extension of time to file an Amended Prisoner Complaint. Plaintiff's requests in his Letter (ECF No. #8 ) will be GRANTED in part as follows: The Clerk of Court is ordered to send Plaintiff a copy of his Prisoner Complaint. (ECF No. #1 ). If Plaintiff wishes to obtain copies of his other court filings, he must pay, in advance, a photocopy charge of $.50 per page to the Clerk of Court. His Motion for Preliminary Injunction (ECF No. 4) is three pages and his Memorandum of Law in Support of Motion for Preliminary Injunction (ECF No. 5) is seven pages. Plaintiff shall have thirty days from the date of this Minute Order to file an Amended Prisoner Complaint as directed in the Court's February 14, 2019 Order. Additionally, on February 28, 2019, Plaintiff filed a "Supplement to Complaint."(ECF No. #9 ). The Court will not consider claims and allegations raised in separate attachments, amendments, supplements, motions, or other documents not included in the prisoner complaint. Filing 6 ORDER That the Prisoner's Motion and Affidavit for Leave to Proceed Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915 (ECF No. #3 ) is granted. That within thirty days of the date of this Order Plaintiff's custodian shall disburse from Plaintiff's prison account an initial partial filing fee of $12.94 to the Clerk of the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, which represents 20 percent of the greater of the (1) average monthly deposits, or (2) average monthly balance in Plaintiffs prison account for the six-month period immediately preceding the filing of the complaint. See 28 U.S.C. 1915 (b). That after payment of the initial partial filing fee Plaintiff's custodian shall disburse from Plaintiff's prison account monthly payments of 20 percent of the preceding month's income credited to his prison account until Plaintiff has paid the total filing fee of $350.00.
